Course Outline
- They also learn to work efficiently as a team player.
- Theory, technical skills, rhythm training, and aural skills development via singing as a Chorus.
ORCHESTRAL STRINGS
High-Level Orchestra Training
- They are eager to embrace challenging new opportunities.
- They also play in competitions, and concerts and can earn awards.
- Our Orchestras are for students who have made a high-level of commitment to developing their musical skills.
- They focus on developing higher-level techniques, playing their parts, singing as a chorus, understanding musical concepts, and working closely as a team.
Course Outline
- Our students work towards improving all-round skills in music education and performance with many of them gaining scholarships to private colleges and specialist music schools.
- Further, all work covers a mix of various styles, periods, and genres. Aural Work and Rhythm Training is covered in weekly sessions.
- Our comprehensive examination approach includes credits for orchestra training, live solo performance, rehearsals, live group performances and competitions, in addition to aural development, technical work and theory requirements. As a fully comprehensive program it offers real world applications from beginning to end.
CONCERTS
- Concerts are a great experience for overall music development.
- Concerts also create opportunities for the whole family to be involved as performers and as audience.
- Playing in a concert provides constant motivation to practice and improve by way of weekly rehearsals.
- Playing in a concert also helps students to develop their teamwork skills playing alongside their fellow musicians.
